Per 500USA the sensor is mounted on the oil pump, which is mounted on the front of the engine. You should probably have the car towed so a mech can test oil pressure. The engine could be failing, or maybe the bypass is simply sticking. Replacing the sensor w/o testing could make the engine light go out, while still running marginal pressure.

As others have said, consuming 5 litres of oil in 2000 miles is indicative of a serious engine fault and needs to be rectified. If the car's been burning oil at that rate for a significant period of time, it may also have caused permanent damage to the catalytic converter, which you will likely only discover when you try to get an MOT.
The oil filter used in the Fiat 500 Abarth is the same as the Fiat 500's. Again, the easiest place to get the filter is your Fiat Studio (they should be able to send you one). The part number is 68102241AA, and cost is a reasonable $8. Purolator has a part number listed, but my local retail parts store charges $18 for it and it needs to be ordered.
