I'm experiencing a problem with my Audi A6 C7 - the fuel flap won't open. Despite trying multiple solutions such as applying pressure, locking and unlocking the car, resetting the battery, and even pulling the red emergency cable (which has now broken off), I've had no success. The fuel flap actuator doesn't make a sound when I unlock the car.
